The building on 5th Avenue is a hybrid of a hotel, spanning from the 5th through the 13th floor, and condominiums from the 14th through the 25th floor. This project is a renovation of an existing 19-story building. As per New York City’s building codes, several stories were added to the existing building maximizing the residential space, which required reinforcing the existing structure. Additionally, each apartment offers terrace views, enhancing the 5th Avenue experience for residents. Existing stories are renovated with high-end interior design and finishes, matching the building’s new addition. A new rooftop lounge space and swimming pool are provided.
